Ferdinand Porsche an Austro-Hungarian founded the company as "Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche GmbH" in 1931. At first, the company offered automobile development and consulting, but did not build any cars under its own name. The first car was built for people by the company was a Volkswagen Beetle which turned out to be very successful. The first Porsche which was the Porsche 64 was built in 1939 using many components from beetle, from then the company got cars under its own name.
Porsche did not work too hard to make the car as light as the P1. It has luxuries in it like a German sedan, for example 2 touch sensitive screens that do many things, electronic seats, a huge glove box, an 11 speaker sound system and it has very less of carbon fiber, which makes the car weigh between 1634-1675 kg. It is powered by a 4.6 litre V8 petrol engine which produces 612 hp and it is supplemented by two electric motors which produce 263 hp together both produce 875 hp. Its a four-wheel drive car with a four-wheel drive steering wheel. The roof can go off for the car to become a spyder so you can cruise around.

So you can't call it a perfect Hypercar but you can say a hybrid car worth driving.
